Muses Of Metal's complete guide to:

THE QUINPHONIC FESTIVAL

When? - April 5th, 2015

Where? - The Roadhouse, Birmingham, UK, B30 3DZ

WHAT IS THE QUINPHONIC FESTIVAL?

The Quinphonic Festival is cited as being the world's first quintuple headliner. For it's very first edition the festival will host five symphonic metal bands from both the UK and Central Europe at The Roadhouse in Birmingham.

WHO’S PLAYING?

Italy's Temperance are set to release their second album Limitless on March 31st, via Scarlet Records. The band will be making making their first appearance in the UK for the festival. Other first-timers in the UK include Spain's Rainover and Rose Avalon. The Netherlands based Seventh Sin will be playing The Quinphonic Festival as part of their UK mini tour. More local to us are Stafford-based Divided We Fall, who released their well acclaimed debut album Dreamcrusher last year.

HOW CAN I GET TICKETS?

You can get your tickets here.

Early bird tickets are on sale for £15. The on-the-door price will be £20.

The event is open to all ages.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

From Birmingham New Street station the best way to get to the venue is to take the connection to Bournville which leaves from platform 11B. This connection takes approximately 13 minutes. From Bournville station the venue is roughly a 15 minute walk.

Alternately you can take the 45 or 47 bus service from stops near to Birmingham New Street station. Both services make stops within close distance to the venue.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

There are several hotels within walking distance of the venue. The Middleton Hall Hotel and the Mill House Hotel are the closest to the venue, situated in Kings Norton.

SHOULD I GO?

Getting the chance to see some of the best up-and-coming, international, female fronted symphonic metal bands live in the UK is a rare treat – more so when you don't live in London. I'm sure with each band having full hour sets, the festival will also be a lovely novelty change up to the usual festival runnings.
